Unfortunately, we are unable to issue refunds or exchanges for products bought through this website due to the limited nature of product, and its purpose.

Where a product is damaged or unsatisfactory (manufacturing error/faulty) on delivery, please contact us within 14 days and keep picture evidence so that we may try to issue a refund through claiming against the manufacturer or courier on your behalf.
