SerenTech Enterprises Returns Policy

At SerenTech Enterprises, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the limited stock nature of our products and our print-on-demand manufacturing methods, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for unwanted items or items that do not fit.

Manufacturing Errors, Faulty, or Damaged Products

If you receive a product that has a manufacturing defect or has been damaged during transit, we will make every effort to resolve the issue by claiming against our manufacturers and delivery partners.

To report a faulty or damaged product, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at info@theserengroup.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and a clear description of the issue.

  3. Attach photographic evidence of the defect or damage.

Once we receive your complaint, we will review the issue and take appropriate action, which may include arranging for a replacement or refund where applicable.
